This event is for you if you’re a marketing exec, marketing director, start-up founder or anyone who is responsible for your company's digital marketing strategy.
You’ll leave with a refined 2022 strategy that identifies, your top opportunities, removes risk and provides a measurable testing and scaling framework.
In short, you’ll identify new opportunities and learn how to best coordinate your resources, budget, brand and approach.
This event delivered in 2 half-days will include:
- An advance strategic interview.
- Professional preparation of a report outlining competition, industry insights and opportunities. This will include a prioritized list of tasks to boost your overall web presence.
- Facilitated training & group brainstorming to help form a go-forward digital strategy.
- Coaching on launching “lean” strategy validation efforts that focus on preserving capital without limiting opportunities.
- Identifying how to grow your top traction areas according to your status in those areas (channel validation stage, channel growth stage or channel maturity stage).
- Voluntary pairings of “accountability partners” to help drive progress after the event.
Space is limited to 6 companies in order to keep an intimate setting for sharing & brainstorming.
Our Facilitator
Our lead facilitator will be Robert Cooper of PlusROI Online Marketing.
He’s facilitated educational events for organizations like Google & Vancouver Startup Week, as well as the popular local Online Marketing Boot Camp.
His agency, PlusROI Online Marketing, is a Google Premier Partner, ranked in the top 3% of Canada’s Google Agencies.
Fees:
$1,400 per participating company ($700 for Viatec member companies). $300 for a second company attendee (one extra attendee maximum per company).
Time and Location:
VIATEC Conference Room. 1:00pm - 5:00pm on March 18th and 25th, 2022.
This is planned as an in-person event (double vaccination required) although we’ll be prepared to move online should circumstances warrant it. Also, we can make arrangements for Zoom access should there be participants unable to attend in person.
Attendance at the event requires that all attendees provide proof of full vaccination via the provincial QR code app.
