Employment Equity Partners' Roundtable "Moving with The Data"

Monday, March 29, 2021 9:00 AM - Wednesday, March 31, 2021 12:30 PM (PDT)

Description

The virtual Employment Equity Partnership (EEP) is a public-private sector partnership on data-driven solutions to systemic racism and inequitable employment in Canada. EEP engages corporate sector employers and larger non-profits to benchmark the diversity of their current workforce and co-develop pathways for engaging talents from under-represented groups, including Indigenous, Black and other racialized groups.

The Inclusion Project (TIP) is a social innovation network and resource hub for organizations, communities and institutions engaged in knowledge development and practice to further racial equity, diversity and inclusion (REDI). The Partners’ Roundtable, co-hosted by Excellence Canada, defines the next step in taking the EEP to an extended partners’ network.

The Partners’ Roundtable, based on the theme of “Moving with the Data”, will bring together industry leaders and key stakeholders on strategic discussions on how, as Canadians, we can address systemic racism and inequities as we start to build back stronger on the path to economic recovery.
