In this virtual workshop you will learn to:
- Recognize and overcome common barriers to effective performance management communication;
- Describe behavioral attitudes that inhibit high performance in self or others;
- Design a performance improvement plan; and
- Describe how competencies in performance management assist career planning and succession and continuity planning.
