This will be an interactive discussion where we will share experiences about what is working and what isn’t working for engaging remote employees. We’ll talk about the gaps and opportunities that have opened up since having teams work remotely. We’ll discuss the role of team culture, and different ways we can try to make a positive team culture work when remote.
This topic is particularly relevant during the pandemic but will also apply for those of us who anticipate a remote team in future.
As facilitator, I’ll share my experiences as Upanup (https://www.upanup.com/) has continued to grow over the past year. I will also pose questions and provide a format for the group to share responses so that we learn from one another.
