VIATEC members are invited to join us for a practical Exit Readiness Workshop presented by boutique M&A advisory firm, Aqua, with insights from Osler. Aqua works with early-stage and growth-stage companies to develop exit strategies, run M&A processes, and negotiate exit transactions to close. The workshop will be followed by an informal networking reception. There is no cost to attend the workshop, however registration is required as space is limited.

Presenters include Andy Talbot and Tim Botham, both Managing Partners at Aqua based in Berkley, California and Vancouver, Canada. Joining them will be Mark Longo and Justin Young, both Partners at Osler in the Emerging and High Growth Companies group.
