About this event

Gearing up to pitch your business to investors in 2022? Get ready to knock your fundraising out of the park!
Join Spring Activator’s live workshop for fundraising entrepreneurs, and you’ll be able to put your best foot forward with investors when it comes to the due diligence process and preparing your data room.
We know getting ready for due diligence can be intimidating, but with the right guidance and preparedness it doesn’t have to be. With decades of serial entrepreneurship and investment practice under our belts, we understand that the process is rooted in feedback and the exchange of business expertise across multiple areas, resulting in growth!
In this workshop we will share our know-how on due diligence 101 so you can approach your fundraising with greater confidence.
This workshop is for you if:
- You’re an entrepreneur in the middle of fundraising from investors and want to improve your game
- You’re gearing up to fundraise from investors in 2022
- You’re not yet ready to fundraise from investors but you’re looking to in the future
- You’re interested in investing and want to know more about what to look for when evaluating companies
Through this workshop, you will also have the chance to learn more about Spring Activator's Impact Investor Challenge, a program where you have the chance to go through due diligence with a group of investors and guidance from the Spring team, and where, ultimately, you can win $100,000 in investment!
