Getting Started with Performance Management (Virtual Workshop)

Description

Performance management is so much more than a once-a year meeting. When done well, it’s also a powerful tool that creates the pathway to high performance. In Getting Started With Performance Management we will identify and apply best practices so that you can develop, update, and execute a performance management cycle with confidence, knowing that you have taken critical elements into consideration. 

Building on four foundational elements of performance management, we will dig into frameworks that compliment your organizational culture and add value. We will learn and apply strategies to foster a culture of accountability within the organization and build your confidence and ability to successfully complete performance reviews and promote positive change. 

This is an Elective Core course in The Art of HR Certificate Program.
