Matt will share the how's and when's of executive hires in smaller companies and talk about how to identify when a functional leader is needed and what to look for/expect at different levels of leadership. He will also go through best practices for interviewing leaders for companies at the 20-50 person stage and some other options that are available (fractional executives versus full time, etc). 

Darin Herle, Cosmogence (https://www.cosmogence.com/)

Darin with share best practices on performance management, He will compare and contrast some of the relative approaches different organizations take (stack ranking, bottom 10%, PIPs, 1:1s, etc.) when managing and coaching teams. 

We will leave time for a facilitated panel/QA discussion.
