Does remote work still make sense, or is hybrid the way forward? How do I know if it’s time to bring everyone back to the office? And how do I make my strategy actually work for my employees? Just when it seemed like COVID had permanently shifted our norms on how and where to work, employers like banks and government began to bring employees back into the office full time. 

Now many business leaders are grappling to figure out what the right strategy is for them and their organization. To help us navigate these questions, we'll come together for a discussion on office mandates, with a chance to hear from two leaders with opposite approaches - one leads a remote-only company, and the other has recently required folks to come back into the office.
