Make or Break Your Business Strategy - May CEO Roundtable

Make or Break Your Business Strategy - May CEO Roundtable

Friday, May 6, 2022 (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM) (PDT)

Description

Five factors that will make or break your business strategy this year

A major part of any executive’s job is to create a work environment that supports success, especially in times of stress and uncertainty. Employees need their leaders to understand and engineer the factors that support a strong team. It can be a game-changer when we find a framework that helps us to talk about and act on these factors. Our discussion in May will focus on one framework that helped this month’s facilitator, Kate Fagan Taylor, successfully build a tech company with a resilient and collaborative culture. Kate has summarized key points about the model in a blog post that you can read ahead, so you can join the Roundtable ready to discuss: https://www.growthpoints.ca/blog/5factors

Kate posted a brief video to introduce our May topic at https://youtu.be/u0uZd1wnxWI.   One question she’s inviting everyone to think about ahead of time is: what’s one story that you find yourself telling people to help them understand the identity of your company, and what makes it unique?

*** Note ***  We will begin hosting the CEO roundtable meetings in-person again while also facilitating those that may wish to participate virtually. Please indicate how you would like to participate here. Zoom details will be provided to those who wish to participate virtually.
