1) The only Product Manager at your company, AND
2) You might be the first Product Manager at your company
3) You have experience establishing the Product Management function at a company

If this is you, great! We're excited to share and learn about the ups and downs of First PM'ing with you.

This Peer Circle is NOT for:

1. Aspiring Product Managers, OR
2. Product Owners or other adjacent to product roles

2. Topic Generation: Collaboratively contribute topics for discussion on a Miro board. Share the challenges, triumphs, and burning questions you're facing in your role.
3. Topic Voting: Cast your vote for the topics you're most eager to explore further. We'll prioritize the top-voted topics for our discussion sessions.
4. Group Discussions: We’ll dive into the selected topics, offering insights, sharing experiences, and providing support to your peers. Together, we'll navigate the complexities of being the first Product Manager and empower each other to thrive in our roles.
