As suggested by BusDev roundtable participants, we are honoured to have Rob Malec agree to meet with us at our upcoming meeting. Based in Vancouver Rob is an expert in helping companies to maximize the results they get from their sales, business development and revenue generation efforts.  He is a successful consultant, acting as a Fractional VP Sales for his clients. He is also an author [Sell More by Selling Less – Mastering the Conversational Sales Method], and public speaker. He has over 20 years experience helping companies exceed their sales goals.  As Mike Desjardins wrote in his Forward to Rob's book (generously provided at no charge by Rob to all participants), "Rob is one of those “been there, done that” type of guys. 

Rob's time with us will be a in-depth Question & Answer session. The goal is for you to leave with any and all questions you might have around maximizing the revenue your company generates answered.  From choosing the right CRM to optimizing your sales process, from setting up your business development function to setting up your customer success function, from getting an existing sales team unstuck to hiring sales achievers and all points in between he is here to help.
