This an Elective course in the Art of HR Certificate program.
We appreciate our teams and value their contributions to our organizations. And in a perfect world, employees would behave appropriately all the time, and perform their job duties expertly {like the rock stars we know they can be)! In the real world, it’s inevitable that issues will come up. Whether the challenge is attitude, performance, attendance, or something else entirely, employee problems will seldom resolve on their own.
This session focuses on how to move through the three phases in a discipline process when managing both office based and remote employees, and examines how and when to make the decision to end the employment relationship. Walk away from the training with the confidence to navigate challenging scenarios, and feel well-equipped with the insights, tools and resources to make the best of difficult situations.
This event occurs over two half-days: Wednesday, November 3rd & Friday, November 5th from 9:30 am-12:30 pm PST.
