Turning Service Breakdowns into User Breakthroughs

Broken services don't just cause frustration—they erode trust and waste resources. Every service carries promises to its users, but when those promises go unmet, the impact can ripple across teams and communities. The good news? Every breakdown is an opportunity to rebuild with purpose.

Join us for this hands-on session that will introduce key principles of Service Design. Through engaging empathy exercises, you'll explore how to uncover hidden service flaws and reimagine solutions that align with user needs.

During this session, you will:

  • Participate in empathy-driven exercises to uncover user pain points.
  • Learn how to identify service breakdowns and hidden gaps.
  • Experience practical tools for designing solutions that work in the real world.

Walk away with actionable insights and inspiration to take your service design approach to the next level. Learn from industry experts and network with like-minded individuals passionate about enhancing user experiences.

If you're a digital leader, product owner, designer, or part of an agile team, this event will equip you with the tools and understanding to design smarter, trust-centered services that deliver real value. Whether you’re working at a startup or as a public servant, in a small team or a scaled enterprise, for-profit or not, as long as you have a desire for impact and a dream of delivering public benefit efficiently & effectively, we look forward to meeting you.

Let's transform broken systems into opportunities for meaningful change.

Bring yourself and some comfy clothes or your Sunday finest, if that’s your thing- or whatever you wore to the office that day. We’ll also have food & drinks to help keep your batteries charged during this engaging evening.
