Description
What to Expect
Join us at our speed-interviewing event and find your next great employee. You'll talk to pre-vetted candidates with diverse backgrounds and skills. All candidates have at least 7 years of work experience. You get to interview many candidates and shortlist a selection for more detailed interviews later. Each day is dedicated to a certain skill set.
Live Networking
Talk face-to-face with dozens of Women developers for five minutes each. More in-depth interviews can easily be scheduled through VanHack after the event ends.
Fireside Chat
All our virtual events kick off with a fireside chat with inspiring leaders covering a variety of diversity and inclusion topics.
Company Pitch
This is an optional 1-minute pitch about your company to all the candidates. Lot's of fun :).
