Sales are difficult enough without COVID forcing all of us into the exclusive realm of virtual selling. Many believe this shift is likely to stay, at least in part, for years to come. This means we all need to get better at virtual sales. This session will focus on the challenges unique to virtual selling such as building rapport, engaging prospects and uncovering opportunities. The session will follow a Q&A format, facilitated by Bobbi with guest speaker, Jenny Motkaluk. We also hope to get insights from the survey respondents who said they were doing virtual selling before the pandemic and are doing a great job at it.
