We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Bilingual Sales Representative within our Sales capability. This position reports to the Lead Sales Representative, RV and will work in Victoria, BC.
As a Bilingual Sales Representative in the Sales team, you will be responsible for the sales revenue growth and relationship management for assigned accounts for the RV Division of Dometic Mobile Power Solutions. This position will ensure the development of positive and productive relationships with existing and prospective accounts to make the most of each marketing and sales opportunity.
General Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits of the product line.
- Initiate sales activities to stimulate, encourage, establish, and develop account relationships for products and services to achieve business goals.
- Provide territory management data such as forecasts, account documentation, and activity reports to the team and management.
- Manage Manufacturer’s Representatives across Canada.
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the Mobile Power Solutions (MPS) product line, including technical specifications and pricing.
- Coordinate and manage reseller agreements, sales targets, distributor lists, pricing lists, incentive campaigns, payment schedules, and customer orders.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Provide backup coverage for other sales team members as needed.
- Support the development of web-based sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory requirements and communicate regularly with Purchasing for accurate forecasting.

Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in a sales environment as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment (technical sales experience preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Possess a valid passport and driver’s license and be prepared to travel regularly as required by the role.

70,000 - 107,000 CAD Base Salary
Target Variable Compensation: 30% of Base
