Are you passionate about data driven marketing? Do you know how to fill a sales funnel with your eyes closed? Do you love developing strategy with a diverse group of stakeholders as much as rolling up your sleeves to get the work done? Is a positive team culture meaningful to you? If this sounds like you, we have a spot for you on our team!
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound marketing and lead generation for three English-language business units, VertiGIS Studio, VertiGIS Networks and VertiGIS Telecommunications across the globe. You’ll use the lens of demand generation and best practices to develop quarterly multi-channel plans for each business unit, create and run campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and adjust tactics according to results. You will work closely with your team of 5, the Business Development team, Sales Teams, Business Unit leaders, industry General Managers and others to inform your marketing plans and bring the components of your plan to market via our centralized websites, social media, marketing automation platform, PR, tradeshows, 3rd party marketing/advertising partners and search engine marketing platforms.
If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly campaign programs for global three business units in collaboration with General Managers, Sales and industry leaders to drive lead generation in target markets including net new customers and cross/up-sell to existing customers through email and events and adjust and optimize the program based on results.
- Set marketing strategy with support from Chief Marketing, Director of Marketing, DACH and Director of Global Business Development to apply best practices in outbound/inbound marketing and lead generation.
- Create campaign briefs outlining the target market, key messaging, goals, tactics, content and timing of marketing activities to be executed upon within a planned campaign by your team and communicated to key stakeholders.

- Measure and report on marketing program success including working with the Director of Global Business Development and the Manager of Business Operations & Systems to measure critical marketing metrics like conversion rates, engagement levels, cost per lead, etc., and analyze the results and adjust the strategy as needed.
- Leverage Marketing Automation Software (Act-On) in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, DACH, to optimize lead generation and integration with our NetSuite CRM. This includes creating emails, landing pages and forms to support campaign lead generation.
- Support inbound marketing strategy and deployments with our agency partners through the collaborative development of content plans and digital marketing spends aligned with your campaign calendar.
- Define the lead qualification process and improve all aspects of marketing (message, process, communication strategies, channels) to improve conversions throughout the funnel.
