We are seeking a self-motivated enterprise business development professional with proven success in selling Adobe Experience Manager content management services for large enterprises in North America. The ideal candidate will have B2B enterprise sales experience with selling technical professional services, as well as expertise in partner development and selling to large consulting houses.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Professional to join our team and drive growth within the AEM space.
Initially founded in Germany in 1996 as a small IT startup serving large enterprise organizations, Bekatec has evolved into a 100% remote global team of 60+ professionals in three countries (Germany, Slovakia, and Canada) and currently manages over 400 complex brand websites around the globe in both the on-prem and cloud-based Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment. In 2020, Bekatec expanded its services to North American clients and established an independent subsidiary in Victoria, British Columbia. From Victoria, Bekatec continues to focus on providing AEM content management services for large enterprises throughout Canada and the United States.
Job Summary: As an Enterprise Business Development Professional for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with large-scale enterprises. This role requires deep expertise in the AEM ecosystem, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate new leads and close high-value deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales Development:
- Identify and target large enterprise organizations in need of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Generate new business through networking, attending industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of enterprise clients and demonstrate how AEM can address their digital experience requirements.
- Provide strategic consultation and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery) to create customized AEM solutions that align with client goals.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's business objectives.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AEM space.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help refine go-to-market strategies.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on Adobe's evolving platform and capabilities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bekatec and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or digital experience platform (DXP) space.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems (CMS) is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM, and its integration with other enterprise tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise software solutions are a plus.
