We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
As an Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll lead high impact, organization wide business and technology projects from strategy through delivery. You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to bring forward solutions that make a real difference.
In this role, you’re the driver behind strategic change using toptier project management practices (PMI) and proven change management approaches (Prosci/ADKAR). You’ll oversee planning, risks, stakeholder engagement, financials, communications, and ensure every project delivers with clarity, quality, and lasting impact.
You’ll work closely with executives, influence decisionmaking across business and technical groups and lead collaboration using both traditional and Agile/Scrum methods. This is a role where your ability to connect people, simplify complexity, and keep momentum strong will shine.

Hybrid Work Model
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
Additional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area.
Responsibilities
- Lead large projects or multiple smaller ones, driving plans that deliver on scope and program objectives.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Plan project activities end‑to‑end, including stakeholder engagement, work plans, schedules, sprints, quality, risk, communications, and change control.
- Oversee daily project execution, maintain logs and registers and resolve issues quickly.
- Work with the Release Manager to align project deliverables with enterprise release schedules.
- Identify resource needs, address resourcing gaps, and coordinate support.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations and secure the necessary reviews and approvals.
- Manage project changes using established processes and governance.
- Handle contractual components such as Statements of Work, purchase orders, quotes, and vendor coordination.
- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
- Provide clear, audience‑appropriate communications and regular status updates, lead project meetings and scrums.
- Complete project close‑out activities, including reports, retrospectives, and lessons learned.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead and motivate the delivery team, fostering high performance and a positive working environment.
- Coach and mentor members of the Project Management Community, including junior PMs and Project Administrators.
Qualifications
Must have
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Five years of experience as a project manager using traditional project management methodologies such as PMI’s PMBOK or equivalent.
- Five years of experience delivering technology initiatives, including the implementation or operation of custom, COTS or SaaS applications.
- Experience working with Agile principles and practices (e.g. SCRUM).
- Experience working with Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci-ADKAR).
- Experience leading projects to comply with legislative, regulatory or policy changes.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered.
Nice to have:
- Agile certification (PMI-ACP certified and/or Certified Scrum Master, etc.) is an asset.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci-ADKAR) is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies and supporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats and present to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recognized Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci-ADKAR)
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities with effective problem solving and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
