The Junior Analyst, Technical Services provides Elections BC (EBC) staff and users with Tier 1 and 2 problem resolution. The Junior Analyst will be the EBC point-person for coordination and expertise in installing, testing, tuning, upgrading and maintaining desktop and shared system software and hardware. During major electoral events, the staff complement could grow to 2,000, requiring configuration, installation and integration services with tight operational deadlines.
