POSITION SUMMARY

To drive and execute lead generation and nurturing by proactively engaging prospects through targeted outreach activities, building warm and trusting relationships, and facilitating the seamless transition of qualified leads to the Sales Team.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and optimize content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to attract and engage prospects.

- Conduct warm outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage and qualify leads.

- Collaborate to create multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and webinars.

- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.

- Manage and update the company website to ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.

- Schedule meetings/introductions between qualified leads and the Sales Team.

- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on interactions with prospects.

- Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through to the sales handoff.

- Continuously research and implement new outreach and engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Strategic community involvement.

- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build a community.


Event Management:

- Plan, promote, and execute Training webinars and live events, ensuring follow-up with attendees to convert them into leads.


Sales Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and create content that addresses common prospect objections and pain points.

- Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, brochures, and one-pagers.


LinkedIn Activity:

- Actively manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence by sharing relevant content, engaging with industry groups, and connecting with potential clients.

- Support the Smart Dolphins’ team with LinkedIn activities, such as crafting personalized messages and posts.


Internal Client Engagement:

- Engage and collaborate with Operations and Leadership teams to ensure strategic community involvement and internal client satisfaction.

- Be the extroverted face of Smart Dolphins, both internally and externally, to wow and woo clients.


Planning and Coordination:

- Ensure all marketing and engagement activities are planned and communicated effectively, keeping the team aligned on ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

- Maintain an inventory of content and sales assets to support ongoing and future marketing campaigns.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Generate and nurture warm leads.

- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on interactions with prospects.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content.

- Use appropriate analytics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.


SKILLSET AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience with CRMs, Hootsuite, Canva, Zoom, Microsoft365 suite, and other tools.

- Proactive Outreach: Comfortable with making phone calls, sending emails, and using LinkedIn to engage with prospects directly.

- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain warm relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and communicating the value of your offerings.

- Performance Tracking: Proficient in using CRM tools and analytics to track and report on lead generation efforts and campaign performance.

- Social Media Activity: Skilled in managing and leveraging the company’s LinkedIn presence.

- Growth Marketing: Innately understanding our market and being able to execute and experiment across marketing channels to find the most effective ways to grow the business and generate leads.

- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Skilled in creating and executing campaigns to attract and qualify leads, particularly through digital channels like email and social media.
