We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Product Manager within our Engineering capability. This position reports to the General Manager and will work in Victoria, BC.

As a Product Manager in the Engineering team, you will manage the full lifecycle of the Mobile Power Solutions product portfolio with the key objective of driving profitable and sustainable growth.

General Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for the Mobile Power Solutions portfolio in the Americas.

Develop and execute a regional product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.

Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Champion new product development, sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Define product requirements, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.

Support integration of acquired companies and drive process adoption.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability targets.

Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain to optimize product launches, pricing, and inventory.

Represent Dometic in customer meetings, product showcases, and industry events.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.

A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in a Product Management or related capacity.

Bachelors’ Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Possess a technical aptitude and understanding of mobile power systems.

Possess a valid passport and driver’s license and be prepared to travel occasionally as required by the role.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities.

Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical understanding of mobile power systems and outdoor markets.

Familiarity and experience using Product Information Management systems.
