About the Role
As our Support Engineer, you'll provide top-notch technical assistance to our customers, dive deep into our product to deliver accurate support, build assets for new and existing clients using various software tools, and implement proactive solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
● Email Support: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their issues with confidence and care
● Product Delivery: Build websites, forms, and other online assets using our platform
● Product Knowledge: Master our product to provide accurate support and proactive solutions
● Solutions Engineering: Develop innovative solutions to support our customer success team, improving their workflow and enhancing our customers' experiences
● Track customer issues, ensuring they are properly escalated and directed to the right teams, then follow up to confirm resolution and positive customer experience
● Suggest ways we can tweak our procedures and services to deliver an even better customer experience
Required Skills and Experience:
● Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and effectively
● Web development skills: HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
● Able to absorb and retain information quickly, especially from complex, technical documentation
● Excellent at explaining technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand
● Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● A customer service mindset that always puts the customer first
● Enjoys working as part of a team but also comfortable working independently
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Self-starter, highly organized with the ability to prioritize time between multiple projects and tasks

● Providing top-notch help desk support or customer service experience
● HTTP requests and REST APIs
● CRMs (Verity, Salesforce, LeadSquared, CampusLogin, HubSpot, etc).
● Content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, etc.
● Google Analytics 4
● Google Tag Manager
● Certificate or degree in Web Development or Computer Science, including bootcamp programs
