Your Role:
As a Support Technician, you are the first point of contact for our clients when they encounter technical issues. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to our clients. One of your main responsibilities will be to receive, triage, and assign new incoming client requests. This includes assessing the urgency and severity of the issue and determining the appropriate course of action, while also handling client communication and service with care and empathy.
While this is a technical role in nature, we are firstly looking for someone enthusiastic about customer service who can provide a professional and warm impression for our clients, ensure they feel heard throughout the process, and who is excellent at communicating and managing expectations.
Due to the variety of tasks you will encounter, you should also be resourceful and confident, eager to learn and to stretch your comfort zone to be able to address more complex or nuanced issues over time!
Experience is great, but we are looking for the right person to join our awesome award-winning team! Smart Dolphins will provide training to close any knowledge gaps, including support of technical certification pursuits.
