Your Role:

Step into a world where precision meets purpose as a Warehouse Associate within our manufacturing ecosystem. In this role, you are at the center of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory from stock to shipment. Your expertise in managing inventory through MRP and ERP systems, coupled with your aptitude for precision and problem-solving, will drive our production lines to meet demand with the highest standards. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform and Support material kitting processes for Production and address material shortages to ensure timely delivery to the production floor.
  • Update databases and reports related to purchasing and inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in annual physical inventory counts as part of the annual inventory audit process.
  • Receive merchandise, including checking and signing delivery slips, and assist with unloading when necessary.
  • Compare contents of received and shipped products with purchase orders to verify stock.
  • Unpack and inspect merchandise, ensuring quality and quantity match supporting documents and receiving inspections are conducted in line with company standards.
  • Accepts or returns merchandise according to established procedure.
  • Keep accurate ERP records and transactions.
  • Load merchandise onto delivery trucks using appropriate tools, handle customer pick-ups.
  • Handle fragile and electronic merchandise with care.
  • Label and tag merchandise accurately.
  • Stockpile merchandise according to recorded inventory location.
  • Pack merchandise following relevant procedures and standards.
  • Prepare and organize orders for shipment.
  • Effectively utilize merchandise management tools (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
  • Enter accurate data in inventory and logistics software.
  • Process report requests, documents, deliveries and/or materials for the purpose of dissemination information and/ or materials to appropriate parties.
  • Liaise with transport or shipping companies and suppliers to expedite, trace, or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders.
  • Maintain and organize the storage area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Must-Have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A basic understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computers and standard software applications, such as MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of personnel.
  • The ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and climb a 6’ ladder is required.
  • Dedicated to upholding high standards of performance and team morale, with a helpful attitude that fosters a positive working environment.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficiency in MRP skills, preferably acquired through logistics or a related field.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with an energetic and enthusiastic disposition, driven by a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to success.
  • A Class 5 driver’s license is preferred.
