Employment Equity Partners' Roundtable

Employment Equity Partners' Roundtable
Wednesday, April 27, 2022 9:00 AM - Friday, April 29, 2022 12:00 PM (PDT)
Description
The Inclusion Project is a social innovation network and resource hub for organizations, communities, and institutions engaged in knowledge development and practice to further intersectional Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI+), and foster equitable employment practices. We are pleased to host this second annual Partners’ Roundtable in partnership with the Global Centre for Pluralism.
The Partners’ Roundtable will be held on April 27-29, 2022, bringing together key stakeholders, researchers, business and community leaders, and policymakers.
Most notably, this event provides a shared communication platform for leaders in civil society, education, government, healthcare, media, and across private and public sectors.
Discussions will focus on critical pathways for building equitable data models and practices for a more inclusive future. Days 1 and 2 of the Roundtable will be held as virtual half-day sessions, while Day 3 will be held in person with limited participants and livestreamed for registrants.
The Partners’ Roundtable will focus on three key areas:
- Day 1 (April 27th): “A New Normal”: Systemic Racism in the COVID-19 Era.
- Day 2 (April 28th): Pluralism in Practice.
- Day 3 (April 29th): Pathways for Accountability: Policy Initiatives that Advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
We invite you to attend and nominate senior leaders, hiring managers, and members of your organization to join us in this strategic dialogue on advancing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion across sectors.
