Funding Your Company, Part 2: Bringing in the Experts (November CEO Peer Roundtable)

In our September session, we compared what the room has learned about equity, debt, grants, and the structures in between: what worked, what cost more than expected, and what people are weighing now. We also identified a set of questions that deserved outside expertise. Part 2 is built around those questions.

We are inviting guests with direct experience across different sources of capital to join us. They will speak to the anonymized questions this group raised in Part 1, not deliver a generic financing presentation, and they will stay for the full session to take part in the discussion and answer new questions as they come up.

If you attended Part 1, this is your chance to get answers to the questions you helped shape. If you missed it, you are still welcome. Come with a financing question or decision you are currently working through.

As always, this is an in-person and confidential conversation. There will be no recordings, no external notetakers, and no attribution outside the room. Our guests will be asked to respect the same terms.

The goal is to leave with clearer answers to the questions that matter most to this group, and a better sense of which options fit where you are now.
