The Future Workforce Project is exploring a continuous development model: Measure → Practice → Recharge → Return → Measure Again

Our goal is to research how observable behavior during interactive experiences can help identify strengths and development opportunities, guide targeted practice, and eventually measure improvement over time.

The project also explores a bigger question for the AI era: as technology makes work faster and more automated, how can we continue strengthening the human skills, connection, energy and resilience that people and organizations still need?
