Growing companies require capital to grow, whether it's working capital to build a growing team, or invest in product development. Many times the lack of capital becomes the most significant factor that the CEO and the leadership team have to deal with, and they typically look at a wide variety of sources (revenue, debt, grants and equity) to feed their capital requirements.

Jason Morehouse is a founder and the CEO of one of Victoria's fastest growing tech companies and has dealt with these activities almost since day 1.
