Do you ever wonder what you could do to enhance leadership capacity in your senior team? In this session, Scott Phillips and Pamela Potts, former SVP People and Culture at StarFish, will discuss the programs developed and delivered in recent years, and the results. In particular they will cover the SMART Program, polarities, adult development, personality, conflict styles, and the superpowers/kryptonite program. Come prepared to be part of an interesting group discussion about leadership.
