About Our Facilitator:
Monica Chang is an Executive Coach and Culture & Leadership Specialist with 30 years of experience in leadership development, team performance, and cultural transformation. She uses evidence- based science to inform her work and has coached Founder CEOs as well as executives in large organizations, including the tech sector.
She is known for her direct and practical style, and is committed to her clients’ success at work while maintaining their health, well-being and personal life.
Monica holds a Master’s in Adult Education, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also certified in Gestalt leadership and a range of personality and leadership assessments.
