We know that strong DEI policies are central to creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces, but what if you don’t have such a policy, and don’t know where to start?

In this workshop we will guide you through some of the core components and considerations of creating a strong DEI policy. Participants will receive a policy guide to help them put their ideas into action.

We've partnered with Leah Shumka, Manager of Sexualized Violence Education, Prevention and Support at the faculty of Equity and Human Rights, UVic to explore DEI in an interactive format with actionable next steps.
