Supply Chain Strategies: September CEO Roundtable

The news is full of stories of "supply chain issues", so much so it's become a cliche that's used to explain any problem or difficulty these days. The problem is portrayed like a whack-a-mole game where the supply chain gets fixed with respect to one manufacturer or item, just to have a new issue pop up somewhere else.

We have a very large and significant advanced manufacturing sector, and it is likely that most of these local ventures have been affected to some extent. Scott Phillips from Starfish Medical (https://starfishmedical.com/) will facilitate a discussion, sharing a few war stories and some of the techniques or tips that their team has used to deal with these issues. We might even get to hear some of the supply-chain related stories for the amazingly successful Ventilator project!.
