BUILDING WITH RESILIENCE: ORGANIZATIONAL EDIB STRATEGY

Description
In order to cultivate an innovative environment that celebrates different perspectives and ideas, it is necessary to prioritize diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
The Building with Resilience - Organizational EDIB strategy program is designed to guide HR practitioners and other organizational representatives who are leading the strategy and implementation of this important work to make a real impact. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the topics that will shape internal policies and procedures to drive a diverse and inclusive environment.
The following is a sample of the flavour of the content that will be covered but facilitators may adapt material based on the real time needs of participants and availability of guest speakers.
Each session will be grounded with practices, reflections and sharing around resiliency and the emotional well-being practices to support this work.
The program will run between September 13 - November 29th, 2022 with a special in-person final panel and peer networking opportunity on December 12th, 2022 4:00 - 6:30 pm
Classes take place every Tuesday from 9:30 am - 11:00 am
12 weeks of live sessions (recorded if can't make live) and office hours
